My upstairs ac unit went out and I called them that morning. By lunch time of the same day, they had someone at my house. The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. I have a rental property in Greenville, NC. The tenant called and said the AC was not blowing cold air. I called Pitt Heating & Air and they came out within a couple hours. The AC unit was more than 15 years old and needed to be replaced. My tenant has 2 small children under the age of 5 and the temperature was pushing 90 degrees that week. Initially, the turnaround time was going to be 2-3 days. The owner found out about the 2 children and called me personally to let me know they would move the schedule around and be there the next morning. I highly recommend this company.Chad Tinney
